The Cardinals fleeced the room on the phones and earned a B. The Jacob Rodriguez pick is the one that will follow the Cardinals into the fall. They took him 59 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.
If one pick saves this weekend, it is Thieneman. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.
They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it. It is not that Thieneman is a bad player; it is that the Cardinals had louder needs to answer first.
