The Browns did the meat-and-potatoes work well: B-.

Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Browns spent slot 147 on Jacob Rodriguez, a name the board had a full 23 spots lower. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

However the rest shakes out, Chambliss at that price is a win they earned. The edge rusher spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. They left with quarterback solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
