Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Seahawks were there to profit. Connor Lew, the No. 65 name on the board, should have been long gone before Round 3, Pick 32.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. Brian Thomas Jr. gives the group a proven body among the projects.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
