The Lions spent the weekend waiting on one name, and it fell: Aaron Anderson, the No. 166 name on the board, in the 186th overall pick. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. McClellan has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They went 5 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
