This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Jake Slaughter, the No. 40 name on the board, stolen at No. 65. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B-.

Leaving wide receiver unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Reese reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
