The jury is out on the Lions. For now, C+.

There was a run on nobody at that position, and the Lions started one anyway for Eric Gentry, 83 picks ahead of schedule. Some smart calls, some head-scratchers, and a C+ in the wash.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They left with offensive lineman solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

If Zion Young and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
