They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Fernando Mendoza is the Browns' quarterback, full stop. The bottom line is a respectable B.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Jagusah reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. That is a wide receiver worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.
