Somewhere a scout is still blinking. The Dolphins spent the 90th overall pick on Carson Beck, a name the board had a full 31 spots lower. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

However the rest shakes out, Klare at that price is a win they earned. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with quarterback the one that mattered most.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
