The phones were a trap the Vikings kept walking into, shipping out surplus on nearly every deal. A weekend of give and take that grades a C.

Bell at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The Proctor reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.
