You build a draft on nights like this. Eli Stowers had no business being available in Round 4, Pick 12, and the Browns did the only sane thing and turned in the card.

They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They are betting Freeling proves the room right and everyone else wrong.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 7 of 9 of the wish list covered.

Bottom line, with Monroe Freeling leading the way, this is a class that should pay off fast and rarely be regretted.
