The Cowboys answered their biggest question with Mendoza. Grade: D+.

Somebody took the Cowboys to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it. Too much went sideways, and the D+ is the honest tally.

Fernando Mendoza is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. Every board in the league had Graves lower, and that gap is the story.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Landing Washington Jr. that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

A rough weekend that leaves the roster with more questions than answers.
