Draft Grade — Colts
Overall

FutureB-
The Colts kept it disciplined and banked a B-. You can draft well and still miss the point. The Colts did plenty of tidy work and somehow never got around to wide receiver, which was the need that mattered most. The bottom line is a respectable B-.
That Overton pick is the receipt they will wave around later. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off. Nearly every premium pick went to that side of the ball.
All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but wide receiver.
Pick Analysis
Pick47
Rnd2
Anthony Hill Jr.
A tidy bit of business in No. 47, where Anthony Hill Jr. graded well above the range. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
Pick78
Rnd3
LT Overton
Quietly one of the better values of the day, LT Overton at the Round 3 slot. A need, and now a little less of one.
