You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The Steelers spent the 99th overall pick on Keylan Rutledge while interior defensive lineman, edge rusher and other spots sat unaddressed.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.
