Draft Grade — Titans
Overall B
ValueB NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
Good, not great, for the Titans: B.

For all the boxes ticked, the Titans skipped the loudest one: interior defensive lineman is exactly as bare as it was. No fireworks, but a solid B.

Sadiq at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. They will need Jatta to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

On the needs board they went 6 of 8, with offensive lineman the one that mattered most. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the interior defensive lineman spot they never got to.

Pick Analysis
Pick4 Rnd1 David Bailey
In Round 1, Pick 4 they get juice off the edge at fair value. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick35 Rnd2 Kenyon Sadiq
Kenyon Sadiq is a better player than the 35th pick suggests; smart patience, rewarded. It fills a real need, too.
Pick66 Rnd3 Antonio Williams
A straight-up fair deal on Antonio Williams at the 66th overall pick, value and slot in agreement. It patches a soft spot without any drama.
Pick101 Rnd4 Julian Neal
A market-rate cornerback, with the board and the slot shaking hands on Julian Neal. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick140 Rnd5 Kaytron Allen
Kaytron Allen at pick No. 140 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick142 Rnd5 Jakobe Thomas
The board had Jakobe Thomas higher than the Round 5 slot, and the safety fell to them anyway. Useful depth more than a marquee fix.
Pick182 Rnd6 Red Murdock
They paid sticker price for Red Murdock in pick 182, and that is fine. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick238 Rnd7 Isaiah Jatta
Isaiah Jatta at No. 238 is a conviction pick that outran the value. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
