The Rams did not so much draft Isaac TeSlaa as overpay for him, 38 picks clear of his grade. It sets an uneasy tone for the weekend.

They will regret leaving running back for another day if the season turns on it. They left with wide receiver solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Quantity was the play, for better or worse. Their trades came out a wash either way.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but running back.
