A franchise passer in Moore headlines a B+ weekend for the Cowboys.

Start where it matters. The Cowboys took Dante Moore to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. They moved the roster forward and banked a B+ for it.

Thomas falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. They robbed the room blind at the table, and it lifts the grade on its own.

Leaving interior defensive lineman unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Joe Tryon-Shoyinka deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
