The rest of the league had time to spare on Sammy Omosigho; the Falcons did not wait, grabbing him 79 spots ahead at slot 73. A F, plain and simple.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Igbinosun steal is the beam this whole class leans on. For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain.

It is a win-now wager, and the future is the stake.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with quarterback still staring back at them.
