Call it a hunch or call it a gamble, but the Eagles spent the 99th overall pick on Adepoju Adebawore, a name most had 23 spots down the list. They moved the roster forward and banked a B- for it.

The cornerback hole is the one line item this class does not answer. On value alone, Baxter makes the weekend a net positive. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
