The Broncos torched the value chart for Jaydn Ott, taking him 30 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

The linebacker spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Everette pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

On the needs board they went 4 of 8, with interior defensive lineman the one that mattered most. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.
