The war room fell hard for AJ Green, and it showed at the Round 3 slot: 413 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.

Landing Overton that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. They will regret leaving linebacker for another day if the season turns on it. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

On the needs board they went 5 of 9, with wide receiver the one that mattered most.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.
