The Dolphins let Lew fall and pounced. Final grade: B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Dolphins watched Connor Lew slide 25 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The Kilgore pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at edge rusher, tight end and other spots. The Chambliss pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.

Job largely done: quarterback settled and 4 of 8 of the wish list covered.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
