The Jaguars looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Nyjalik Kelly at No. 164 regardless, 50 picks early.

They banked enough surplus on Virgil to cover a lot of smaller sins. The safety hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Spending an early pick on edge rusher with safety, linebacker and other spots open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to.
