When a board-topper like Max Klare slides to No. 108, you do not overthink it, and the Broncos did not. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They will need Barrett to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
