The tape said wait; the Dolphins did not. Trinidad Chambliss went at slot 60, a good 56 picks before the board was ready.

However the rest shakes out, Scott at that price is a win they earned. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up. The Dolphins clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
