Draft Grade — Titans
Overall B-
ValueB- NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Titans.

For all the names on the card, the loudest question went unanswered. The Titans walked out of the weekend still thin at running back, a hole that has a way of deciding seasons. It nets out to a B-, which feels about right.

They are betting Zuhn III proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.

Pick Analysis
Pick4 Rnd1 Keldric Faulk
In pick No. 4 they get a premier pass rusher. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick35 Rnd2 Sonny Styles
Sonny Styles at pick 35 is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
Pick66 Rnd3 Eli Stowers
Good price on Eli Stowers in the 66th pick, a hair ahead of his grade with no real quibbles. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
Pick101 Rnd4 D'Angelo Ponds
They paid sticker price for D'Angelo Ponds in the 101st overall pick, and that is fine. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
Pick140 Rnd5 Kevin Coleman Jr.
A straight-up fair deal on Kevin Coleman Jr. at the Round 5 slot, value and slot in agreement. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick142 Rnd5 Treydan Stukes
A premium they did not need to pay, Treydan Stukes a notch or two before his time. They added to a strength when a need was still open elsewhere.
Pick182 Rnd6 Trey Zuhn III
Trey Zuhn III in No. 182 is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick238 Rnd7 Haynes King
By-the-book stuff, Haynes King at Round 7, Pick 22 squarely in line with his ranking. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
