Thirty-one other rooms let Connor Lew slide, and the Chargers were the ones holding the card at Round 3, Pick 22. Highway robbery. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The wide receiver spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. Every board in the league had Capehart lower, and that gap is the story. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
