They will call it conviction in the building and a reach everywhere else: Jaylin Smith, 32 picks early at the 232nd pick. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. The Fitzgerald value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.
