The Sevion Morrison selection is the head-turner. The Saints reached 312 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered.

That Rucker pick is the receipt they will wave around later. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose.

They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. They left with edge rusher solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, cornerback very much included.
