The tape said wait; the Rams did not. Isaac TeSlaa went at the 190th pick, a good 50 picks before the board was ready.

Getting Blue where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They will answer for taking linebacker early while quarterback and edge rusher went begging.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
