A passer of the future in Mateer, and a B-, for the Rams.

The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Rams spent their marquee pick on John Mateer, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback.

The Robertson value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The Chaplin pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
