You can usually follow a front office's logic. This one is harder. The Colts spent the 132nd overall pick on Chris Johnson while quarterback, tight end and other spots sat unaddressed. No fireworks, but a solid B-.

Johnson at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
