They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Ty Simpson is the Saints' quarterback, full stop. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

The Burks steal is the beam this whole class leans on. A whole weekend of picks and cornerback is somehow still a want. The cost of the Dennis-Sutton reach is exactly the players who went right after him.

Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
