Nobody else had Patrick Payton anywhere near the 132nd pick. The Saints did, by 68 spots, and that gap is the whole story. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Edge rusher was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but cornerback.
