Scott should have been long gone. The Vikings pounced, and earned a B-.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Vikings were there to profit. Keionte Scott, the No. 69 name on the board, should have been long gone before pick 97. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B-.

The quarterback spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Vikings indulged a want in Hill Jr. while a need in quarterback, edge rusher and other spots stayed open. They will need Brown to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

Good work on the whole, with quarterback the one box left unchecked.
