The Bills spent real capital to be 33 picks early on Patrick Payton, and the board is going to hold them to it. The bottom line is a respectable B.

The Reese value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
