Draft Grade — Chiefs
Overall

The Chiefs checked most of the boxes and earned a B-. There is a lot to like until you notice wide receiver is still a hole. The Chiefs never got to the one that mattered most. It does the job without flash, and the B- reflects it.
Interior defensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the wide receiver spot they never got to.
Pick Analysis
Pick14
Rnd1
T.J. Parker
In the 14th overall pick they get a problem off the edge. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick45
Rnd2
Dontay Corleone
A clean, defensible pick in Round 2, Pick 13 with a little surplus value in Dontay Corleone. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
