A costly weekend of dealing drags the Browns to a D-.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Browns reached some 66 spots for Jalen Thompson, and value like that does not grow back. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. That quarterback hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
