Somebody took the Texans to the cleaners. The deals they made bled real value, and the whole class wears it.
They punted on running back, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Jones reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. If one pick saves this weekend, it is Chambers.
Spend now, pay later; the math only works if this class delivers.
The verdict is harsh because the weekend was, and there is little to argue.

Evan Williams at slot 239 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
