The war room fell hard for Dillon Gabriel, and it showed at No. 38: 79 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

They banked enough surplus on Skattebo to cover a lot of smaller sins. The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The Raiders indulged a want in Schwesinger while a need in edge rusher and interior defensive lineman stayed open.
