The Vikings spent the pick that matters most on Jayden Daniels, and a roster that has been waiting on a passer can start to take shape.
The Jones steal is the beam this whole class leans on. For all the activity, tight end went untouched, which is hard to explain.
In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the tight end spot they never got to.

The board fumbled Amarius Mims all the way to pick No. 42, and they scooped it up. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
