When the story of this class is written, it opens with Mohamed Kamara at the 108th overall pick, a reach of 25 spots that the board flatly disagrees with.
The Harden value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. The quarterback hole is the one line item this class does not answer.
Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
Pick-by-Pick
In pick No. 11 they get a No. 1 receiver. A clean fit for the roster.
They jumped the gun on Christian Haynes, taking him earlier than his grade liked. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
The board screamed and they did not listen, reaching into the next round for Mohamed Kamara. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
A slide stopped in the 157th pick, with Nehemiah Pritchett worth more than the price. A minor need, but a need all the same.
