The rest of the league will want that one back. Kimani Vidal tumbling to the Vikings in slot 230 is a gift they did not have to think twice about.
The offensive lineman hole is the one line item this class does not answer. Job largely done: quarterback settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.
Good work on the whole, with offensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
Pick-by-Pick
In slot 11 they get a pocket-collapsing interior rusher. A real need, handled.
The board fumbled Bo Nix all the way to the 42nd pick, and they scooped it up. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
Good things come to war rooms that wait, and Michael Hall Jr. at pick No. 108 is the proof. A sensible fit that makes the depth chart a little sturdier.
A tidy little value on Mohamed Kamara in the Round 4 slot, a step better than break-even. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
You do not let a cornerback like Jarrian Jones reach Round 5, Pick 12 and blink. They did not. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
