The Raiders looked at the value chart, folded it up, and took Joe Milton III at pick No. 124 regardless, 38 picks early. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They won the margins on every swap, and it adds up fast. Adding Justin Fields by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

On the needs board they went 8 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.
