The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Raiders reached some 40 spots for Kyle McCord, and value like that does not grow back. Put together, it is a D+.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Sampson. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

The hoard sets up next April more than it helps this September.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, edge rusher very much included.
