Start where it matters. The Raiders took Jayden Daniels to run the offense for the next decade, and every other decision this weekend bends around that one. Call it a C+ and check back in two years.
Getting McGlothern where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. They punted on edge rusher, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Sweat pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
Bottom line, the swing picks will decide whether this ages well.

T'Vondre Sweat at the 44th overall pick is a conviction pick that outran the value. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
