The Austin Reed pick is the one that will follow the Raiders into the fall. They took him 45 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. About as rough as the board gets, and a F to prove it.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Whatever Jayden Daniels becomes, the front office has tied its fortunes to the answer. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped running back, which is a strange place to end up.

The Johnson steal is the beam this whole class leans on. The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

About as rough as a weekend gets on paper, with running back still staring back at them.
