The real work happened on the phones. The Cardinals fleeced their trade partners, turning their picks into a noticeably bigger pile than they started with. A near-flawless weekend of work, and a A to cap it.

The Isaac steal is the beam this whole class leans on. For all the activity, interior defensive lineman went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Cardinals clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Rome Odunze and all.
