Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Devin Neal got past him. The Eagles do not have to explain a thing at slot 207. The bottom line is a respectable B+.
They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The cost of the Kennard reach is exactly the players who went right after him.
On the needs board they went 7 of 9, with edge rusher the one that mattered most. A modest surplus at the table, banked quietly.
