The Vikings ran the phones like sharks, prying loose value on deal after deal until the ledger was lopsided. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.
For all the activity, safety went untouched, which is hard to explain. They banked enough surplus on Jones to cover a lot of smaller sins. The Beebe pick is the one the value grade keeps tripping over.
