Best value of the weekend goes to the Raiders for Bond: B.

Thirty-one other rooms let Isaiah Bond slide, and the Raiders were the ones holding the card at the Round 4 slot. Highway robbery. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

That edge rusher hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. The veteran additions, Riley Moss chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

Pick-by-Pick

R1.30 · Pick 30 · Kenneth Grant · DT · rank 21
In No. 30 they get a run-stuffing presence up front at a price that makes it sweeter. A real need, handled.
R2.1 · Pick 33 · Jihaad Campbell · LB · rank 41
They went early on Jihaad Campbell in pick No. 33, and the value did not follow. A minor need, but a need all the same.
R2.5 · Pick 37 · Shavon Revel Jr. · CB · rank 26
They let Shavon Revel Jr. come to them and pounced at the 37th pick. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
R2.7 · Pick 39 · Xavier Watts · S · rank 46
Xavier Watts in pick 39 is fair value, right on his grade. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
R2.9 · Pick 41 · Aireontae Ersery · OT · rank 48
They paid sticker price for Aireontae Ersery in Round 2, Pick 9, and that is fine. It also answers one of the loudest questions on the roster.
R2.19 · Pick 51 · Jonah Savaiinaea · OT · rank 47
A clean, defensible pick in the Round 2 slot with a little surplus value in Jonah Savaiinaea. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.
R2.24 · Pick 56 · TreVeyon Henderson · RB · rank 55
No edge and no loss on TreVeyon Henderson in the 56th overall pick; it is a wash and a sensible one. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
R3.1 · Pick 65 · Darien Porter · CB · rank 75
The board had cheaper options than Darien Porter at slot 65, and it noticed. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
R3.3 · Pick 67 · Quinshon Judkins · RB · rank 65
By-the-book stuff, Quinshon Judkins at slot 67 squarely in line with his ranking. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.
R3.4 · Pick 68 · Tre Harris · WR · rank 50
They barely believed it either: Tre Harris still on the board at pick No. 68. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
R4.6 · Pick 108 · Isaiah Bond · WR · rank 76
The board fumbled Isaiah Bond all the way to the 108th overall pick, and they scooped it up. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
R5.5 · Pick 143 · Terrance Ferguson · TE · rank 118
Terrance Ferguson in Round 5, Pick 5 is the kind of fall that makes a whole class. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
R5.13 · Pick 151 · Bhayshul Tuten · RB · rank 151
Bhayshul Tuten at pick 151 is right where the board had him, plain and simple. It shores up a spot that genuinely needed the help.
